  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If an item is on backorder or requires additional processing time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We use trusted Australian courier services, including:

  • Australia Post
  • Aramex
  • Other reputable courier partners where appropriate

The shipping method will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Authority to Leave

If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL), the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location without obtaining a signature. Sandy’s Computer Sales is not responsible for parcels after they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be redirected or resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
